Send damaged photos + videos to the customer service email within 48 hours, and we will resend new products (the carrier is responsible for damaged packaging).
No signature is required for standard shipping. For high-value orders ($200+), it is recommended to note "Signature Confirmation" at checkout to prevent lost items.
All orders are automatically insured for $100, and overvalued orders can be upgraded to full-price insurance for a fee.
