Order and delivery
> A: An email with a tracking number will be sent within 24 hours after delivery. The system update may be delayed by 1-3 days. Please check the spam folder if you have not received it.
> A: Not included. The time limit refers to **working days** (Monday to Friday). Extreme weather/strikes may cause delays.
Package and after-sales
> A: Operation according to priority:
> ① Check with neighbors/property agents for collection;
> ② Contact the local post office to provide the tracking number for verification;
> ③ Email feedback `service@beardice.com` after 72 hours to initiate an investigation.
> A: Send damaged photos + videos to the customer service email within 48 hours, and we will resend new products (the carrier is responsible for damaged packaging).
Value-added services
> A: No signature is required for standard shipping. For high-value orders ($200+), it is recommended to note "Signature Confirmation" at checkout to prevent lost items.
> A: All orders are automatically insured for $100, and overvalued orders can be upgraded to full-price insurance for a fee.
