We check inventory every day to ensure that there are sufficient stocks for every product. Most online orders may take up to 1-3 business days to process before shipped from our warehouse (Exclude Weekends).
Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on the shipping methods you choose:

US warehouse local shipping: Orders are shipped directly from our Chicago warehouse, with a normal delivery time of 1-7 business days.
- Orders from other countries/regions: Normal delivery time is 3-14 business days.

1.Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

2.I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?
When you receive your dispatched email, it will be there most of the time, if you can not find it, please email us at service@beardice.com. for an update on your tracking.
