Return policy

If you need to return the item, simply log in to your account, use the "Complete Order" link under the "My Account" menu to view the order, and then click the "Return" button. If you do not have an account on our website, please notify us of your return request using the method on the 'Contact Us' page.

Please note:

A 5% product packaging fee will be charged for refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@beardice.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the buyer places an order by mistake or needs to return the product for the buyer's own reasons, the buyer needs to bear the return courier fee. If the product is defective, it can be returned or exchanged free of charge.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the items you already have and then purchase a new item separately after the return is accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund through the original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
