Pretty cool idea, well thought out, bit of a pain to extract but without an extractor a real revolver has the same issues, only suggestion would make the cylinder release spring loaded with a better screw
The set is made of good quality material however the spinning holder itself is slightly off tilt so it wobbles while spinning; unfortunately that is issue is hard to ignore. Otherwise everything else is as expected.

I really like this set so far, it looks good, has a decent fidget factor with the spinning cylinder.
I haven't had a game session yet to see how the dice behave in actual use, but they seem to be balanced etc.
My only complaints would be:
#1 - The cylinder doesn't lock open, only closed. This isn't really a big deal except for #2 - Not having much in the way of fingernails, i find it's easier to just dump the dice into my hand, but as it's not locked open, the cylinder tends to try and close as I'm turning it over.
Not enough to pinch a finger, (at least not for my hands) but enough to cover some or all of the dice so they won't come out, and I have to try again to get the leftover dice.

The current magazine design is indeed to retain the real "loading" feel, so it only locks the closed state and does not lock the open state. When taking the dice, you need to use your hands to completely push out the cylindrical magazine, or gently shake it and pour out the dice.
