Getting started is simple. Send your high-resolution logo or artwork file to our design team and we’ll handle the rest.
Our minimum order quantity for custom keychains is 100 pieces at $4.20 per piece. For quantities above this, pricing scales favorably — the more you order, the lower the unit cost. We accept all common file formats, but vector files are strongly preferred — AI, EPS, and SVG files produce the sharpest, most accurate results for metal engraving and enamel fill. If you only have a raster file (JPG, PNG, PDF), please ensure it is at least 300 dpi at the intended print size. Our design team will review your submission and advise if any adjustments are needed before production begins.
The standard production timeline is 7–15 business days from the date your artwork proof is approved. More complex designs, specialty finishes, or very large order quantities may require additional production time. Shipping time is additional and depends on your location and chosen shipping method. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know when you contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Yes — everything is customizable. Shape can be any silhouette, including a die-cut outline of your logo. Size is fully adjustable to your specifications. Color options include any Pantone color match for enamel fills, and full-color UV printing for photographic or gradient artwork. Finish options include soft enamel, hard enamel, UV print, baked paint, die casting, and stamping — with plating in gold, silver, antique gold, antique silver, black nickel, rose gold, and more. Our team will guide you through all options during the design consultation.
