For printed artwork or logo dice, please send your high-resolution image file via email to service@beardice.com. Our in-house designers will adapt your artwork to the dice surface and confirm the final design with you before production begins.
Because every custom D20 dice is entirely handcrafted, the standard production lead time is 7–15 business days. Complex or highly detailed customizations may require additional time. We'll keep you informed throughout the process.

We accept high-resolution PNG, JPG, PDF, and AI files. For the sharpest engraving or print results, vector files (AI, PDF) are preferred. Send your file to service@beardice.com and our design team will take it from there.
Yes — for gemstone and glass D20 dice, you can choose which face receives the custom engraving. For resin dice, the standard placement is the 20 face. If you have a specific layout in mind, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
We accept single-piece custom orders as well as bulk orders for events, promotions, or wholesale. Pricing may vary based on quantity and complexity — contact us for a bulk quote.
Absolutely. For all logo and pattern orders, our designers will share a digital proof for your approval before any production begins. We won't start cutting or printing until you're fully satisfied with the design.
