Farkle Dice Game Rules | How to Play Step by Step

Objective: Be the first player to accumulate 10,000 points and win.

Getting on the Board: A player must score a minimum number of points in a single turn before they can begin recording their score on the pad.

Turn Sequence

1. Shake and roll all 6 dice using the shaker cup.
2. Set aside at least one scoring die from the roll.
3. Decide: bank your points (end turn safely) or roll remaining dice to push for more.
4. If no dice score on a roll — that’s a Farkle! All points from that turn are lost.
5. If all 6 dice score (Hot Dice!), pick them all up and roll again to keep building your score.
6. Record your banked score on the score pad. First to 10,000 wins!
