When will my order be shipped?Most orders are usually shipped within24 hours(excluding weekends), but it may take up to 72 hours. You will receive a shipping email once your order has been shipped, please check your spam folder in case it has been missed. If you cannot find the shipping email, please contact us and we can provide you with real-time information on whether your order has been shipped. It usually takes 1-3 days for a package to be in the carrier's tracking system.

Can I track my order? If you have created an account on our website, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account, selecting "My Account" from the menu at the top of the page, and then selecting "Order Status" from the "My Account" page. Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you by email. If you placed an order as a guest and did not create an account on the website, please contact us to inquire about the status of your order.

Please note that we may not be able to update the shipping address once the order has been placed and is still being processed.

Do you offer international shipping services? Yes, we can ship products to any part of the world as long as there is a shipping service.

How soon can I expect to receive my product? Standard shipping (10-20 business days); Expedited shipping (7-15 business days); Some products supportshipping within the United States (3-7 business days). However, please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Return & Refund Policy:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
• To start a return, you can contact us at service@beardice.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
• You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your product.
