Order processing and delivery time

Processing time: After the order payment is successful, quality inspection and packaging will be completed within 24 hours (weekends/holidays will be postponed).
Delivery frequency: Orders will be closed before 14:00 every day on weekdays and shipped on the same day; orders after 14:00 will be shipped the next day.
Delay warning: The promotion season may be extended to 72 hours, and the system will automatically send a delay notification email.
Weight limit: single package ≤150 pounds, size ≤108 inches (overweight needs to be split and shipped).
Freight policy
Free shipping threshold: Free standard shipping for orders over $100 (applicable to promotional products).
Tiered charges:
Orders under $100: Shipping charges of $5.69-$19.99 (calculated by weight/volume)
Special scenario processing
Address modification: You can contact `service@beardice.com` by email to modify it before shipment, and it cannot be changed after shipment.
High-risk areas: Delivery is not supported in Hawaii/Alaska/remote mountainous areas.

An email with a tracking number will be sent within 24 hours after delivery. The system update may be delayed by 1-3 days. Please check the spam folder if you have not received it.

Not included. The time limit refers to working days (Monday to Friday). Extreme weather/strikes may cause delays.
The package is shown as delivered but not received?

No signature is required for standard shipping. For high-value orders ($200+), it is recommended to note "Signature Confirmation" at checkout to prevent lost items.
Is shipping insurance included?

All orders are automatically insured for $100, and overvalued orders can be upgraded to full-price insurance for a fee.
